Las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas para el estudio han sido: espectroscopia \u00f3ptica de absorci\u00f3n y fotoluminiscencia, espectroscopia de aniquilaci\u00f3n de positrones y recocido t\u00e9rmico de las muestras.  la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas a lo largo del trabajo ha permitido concluir que la presencia del fe en la red cristalina del inp origina grandes cambios tanto en los espectros opticos como de positrones, respecto de las caracter\u00edsticos estudiados en el inp sin fe. La sensibilidad que han mostrado estas t\u00e9cnicas a la presencia del fe, y el analisis realizado a partir de los espectros confirma que:  1-la concentraci\u00f3n del defectos disminuye de forma notoria despu\u00e9s del recocido.  2-la concentraci\u00f3n del dador principal aumenta de forma proporcional a la dosis de irradiaci\u00f3n, confirmando la eficacia de la t\u00e9cnica del dtn en el dopado del inp.  3-un nuevo tipo de defecto, distinto de las vacantes de in, parece en las muestras de inp:fe cuando son irradiadas con neutrones t\u00e9rmicos. Se trata de un complejo formado por un \u00e1tomo u otro defecto asociado a la vacante de in.  4-las part\u00edculas energeticas generadas despu\u00e9s del proceso de transmutaci\u00f3n intervienen en la disociaci\u00f3n de los agregados de hierro.
