{"id":38727,"date":"2018-03-09T09:38:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/productos-biotecnologicos-de-microalgas-marinas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:38:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:38:27","slug":"productos-biotecnologicos-de-microalgas-marinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/productos-biotecnologicos-de-microalgas-marinas\/","title":{"rendered":"Productos biotecnologicos de microalgas marinas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Digna Garcia Alvarez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El inter\u00e9s creciente en la producci\u00f3n de sustancias bioactivas de uso industrial y farmacol\u00f3gico ha llevado a estudiar el efecto del sistema y los par\u00e1metros de cultivo en la producci\u00f3n de metabolitos de inter\u00e9s biotecnol\u00f3gico (pigmentos, exopolisac\u00e1ridos, \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados) en las microalgas porphyridium cruentum, chlorella autotrophica y ellipsoidon sp., As\u00ed como probar la actividad antiviral in vitro de los extractos de 10 microalgas marinas mediante ensayos de neutralizaci\u00f3n frente a dos virus pat\u00f3genos: el virus de la septicemia hemorr\u00e1gica (vhsv) y el virus de la peste porcina africana (vppa). Con porphyridium cruentum se obtuvo la mayor producci\u00f3n con valores de ficoeritrina 18.6 mg\/l\/d, exopolisac\u00e1rido soluble total 615 mg\/l\/d, exopolisac\u00e1rido soluble sulfatado 34 mg\/l\/d, \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico 8 mg\/l\/d y \u00e1cido eicosapentaenoico 5.3 mg\/l\/d. Con el sistema de cultivo semicontinuo se obtienen las concentraciones m\u00e1s elevadas y los mejores valores de productividad de productos biotecnol\u00f3gicos, en comparaci\u00f3n al tradicional sistema de cultivo discontinuo. La evoluci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de los pigmentos con excepci\u00f3n de ellipsoidon sp., Y la liberaci\u00f3n de exopolisac\u00e1rido soluble total, refleja el estado nutricional de las c\u00e9lulas, indicando la limitaci\u00f3n o no limitaci\u00f3n del crecimiento por nitr\u00f3geno. Las microalgas porphyridium cruentum, dunaliella tertiolecta, isochrysis galbana (clon t-iso), chorella autotrophica, y ellipsoidon sp. presentan capacidad neutralizante frente al vhsv.
