Para ello se hicieron estudios de reactividad de las especies de mercurio frente a la reducci\u00f3n a mercurio elemental, se desarrollaron esquemas de especiaci\u00f3n basados en la reducci\u00f3n selectiva, se pusieron a punto tratamientos de muestra acelerados con energ\u00eda de ultrasonidos, se optimiz\u00f3 un acoplamiento hplc-cv-aas basado en la formaci\u00f3n de pares i\u00f3nicos y se
