Salvador Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este estudio ha sido la identificaci\u00f3n de dos tipos de bombas de ca2+, la ca2+-atpasa intracelular (serca) y la membrana plasm\u00e1tica (pmca) en fracciones subcelulares de cerebro de cerdo, y la purificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n funcional e inmunol\u00f3gica de la pmca. Hemos identificado el contenido en las isoformas serca y pmca en cerebro. De las isoformas serca, la m\u00e1s abundante es la serca2b, que se encuentra localizada mayoritariamente en una fracci\u00f3n de cerebro (microsomas) enriquecida en ret\u00edculo endopl\u00e1smico. Adem\u00e1s hemos identificado las isoformas pmca1, 3 y 4 en cerebro, siendo la isoforma pmca4 la mayoritaria. tambi\u00e9n se ha purificado la bomba de ca2+ de membrana plasm\u00e1tica sinaptosomal.
