Adem\u00e1s de una experimentaci\u00f3n muy completa para abarcar las diferentes variables que pueden influir en el proceso de adsorci\u00f3n o en el medio de suspensi\u00f3n, se hace un riguroso trabajo de aplicaci\u00f3n de diferentes teor\u00edas para intentar justificar los resultados experimentales.  cabe destacar como aportaciones fundamentales y originales de este trabajo:  * la s\u00edntesis de part\u00edculas de l\u00e1tex con diferentes grupos qu\u00edmicos en su superficie, con carga tanto positiva como negativa, con control de su tama\u00f1o, monodispersidad y concentraci\u00f3n de grupos superficiales de inter\u00e9s.  * estudio completo de la adsorci\u00f3n del surfactante trit\u00f3n x-100 sobre la superficie de estas part\u00edculas, en funci\u00f3n de los diferentes par\u00e1metros experimentales que pueden influir en la extensi\u00f3n de dicha adsorci\u00f3n.  * aplicaci\u00f3n de diversos modelos te\u00f3ricos a los resultados experimentales de adsorci\u00f3n, con diversas conclusiones muy interesantes sobre el estado y conformaci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de trit\u00f3n x-100 en la superficie de las part\u00edculas.  * caracterizaci\u00f3n tanto electrocin\u00e9tica como coloidal de los complejos l\u00e1tex-surfactante obtenidos en los procesos de adsorci\u00f3n. Dependencia de la estabilidad con las condiciones del medio de suspensi\u00f3n.  * desarrollo y aplicaci\u00f3n de modernas extensiones a la teor\u00eda cl\u00e1sica dlvo para intentar justificar la denominada estabilizaci\u00f3n electroest\u00e9rica que aparece cuando mol\u00e9culas de surfactante se adsorben sobre la superficie de part\u00edculas de l\u00e1tex con carga
