el objetivo de estudiar el potencial del cultivo en reactor de raices transformadas de duboisia hibrida, para la producci\u00f3n industrial de escopolamina, despues de la infecci\u00f3n del material vegetal con agrobacterium rhizogenes se establecieron y cultivaron diferentes lineas de raices transformadas, de las cuales fueron seleccionada por su alta capacidad de producir escopolamina para su cultivo en m\u00e9dio liquido, donde fueron optimizadas las condiciones de cultivo mediante la adici\u00f3n de precursores biosinteticos, elicitores y la acci\u00f3n de agentes permeabilizantes antes del paso de estos cultivos a biorreactores de 4 litros de capacidad para su cultivo a escala piloto.  por otro lado se estudio la regeneraci\u00f3n de plantas de cultivos de ra\u00edces transformadas y si las plantes transformadas regeneradas aumentan su productividad en relaci\u00f3n a los cultivos de las raices que las han originado y a las plantas no transformadas de la misma
