Las concentraciones plasm\u00e1ticas del levamisol se determinaron por cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta eficacia en fase inversa con detecci\u00f3n uv. El levamisol se distribuye por las tres v\u00edas seg\u00fan un modelo bicompartimental abierto. La concentracci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica m\u00e1xima fue superior para la v\u00eda subcut\u00e1nea (1,168 microg\/ml) que para la oral (0,743 micro\/ml) y tambi\u00e9n se alcanz\u00f3 antes (18,75 min frente a 33,75 min). La biodisponibilidad subcut\u00e1nea fue del 77,83% y la oral del 66,44%. Los tratamientos compartimental y no compartimental pueden utilizarse con id\u00e9nticos resultados para el c\u00e1lculo de los par\u00e1metros comunes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
