Luisa Gelabert Cubilo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndonos en modelos experimentales previos, en los cuales se demostr\u00f3 un incremento de c\u00e1ncer maligno de es\u00f3fago en preencia de esof\u00e1gitis por reflujo del contenido duodenal. El objeto del presente estudio ha sido valorar cual de los componentes del reflujo duodenal (biliopancreatico, pancreatico o biliar) induce una esofagitis con mayor grado de lesion histologica en la mucosa esofagica en consecuencia un mayor aumento de hiperproliferaci\u00f3n celular del epitelio escamoso, evaluado a trav\u00e9s del metabolismo de las poliaminas, la actividad de la odc y el indice de proliferacion celular (pcna) a nivel esof\u00e1gico. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que los reflujos pancreatico y biliopancreatico producen cambios histol\u00f3gicos esofagicos importantes induciendo una expansi\u00f3n del compartimiento proliferativo con incremento del pcna en el estrato suprabasal, mientras que con el reflujo biliar no se producen estos cambios.
