Este problema fue resuelto por mart\u00edn y ferr\u00e1ndiz mediante la conversi\u00f3n en f\u00f3rmulas multipaso.  en esta memoria se han extendido los trabajos de scheifele a ecuaciones de cualquier orden, y se han estimado el error cometido. posteriormente se han construido unas f\u00f3rmulas multipaso (denotadas como lm) que extienden a las de mart\u00edn y ferr\u00e1ndiz, se han calculado las funciones generatrices y se ha especificado con detalle la implementaci\u00f3n del par predictor-corrector. Adem\u00e1s se ha dotado al c\u00f3digo lm de una estructura que admite paso y orden variable y se ha dado una prueba expl\u00edcita de su convergencia.  el buen comportamiento del m\u00e9todo lm ha
