Carmen Arufe Gonda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudiaron los efectos de los aaes sobre el eje hipofisariotiroideo, mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de experimentos in vivo e in vitro. todos los experimentos in vivo se realizaron utilizando grupos de ratas macho sprague-dawley conscientes y en libre movimiento, a los que se le administr\u00f3 diferentes dosis de a. Glut\u00e1mico, agonistas y antagonistas y se midieron los efectos producidos en los niveles s\u00e9ricos de hormonas tiroideas y tsh a corto plazo (5-60 min). Los estudios in vitro consistieron en cultivos primarios de c\u00e9lulas adenohipofisarias de rata que se incubaron con diferentes agonistas glutamat\u00e9rgicos durante dos horas, valor\u00e1ndose los niveles de tsh secretados al medio y la mortalidad celular de los mismos.  las conclusiones obtenidas se resumen en:  la valoraci\u00f3n de los niveles s\u00e9ricos de hormonas tiroideas en suero de rata se puede realizar utilizando enzimoinmunoensayo, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de kits comerciales para suero humano.
