Miguel Centeno <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se han estudiado nuevas aplicaciones sinteticas de la ciclaci\u00f3n con terc-but\u00f3xido pot\u00e1sico de 2-(1-fenilsulfonilindolil)-n-(2-hidroxietil) piperidinas, reaccion propia del grupo de trabajo, cuyas aplicaciones a la preparaci\u00f3n de alcaloides ind\u00f3licos de diversas familias (corynanthe, yohimbe, vinca, strychnos) se han ido desarrollando en trabajos anteriores.  concretamente, tras una introducci\u00f3n al tema y el planteamiento de los objetivos, los capitulos 2 y 3 de la memoria del trabajo tratan sobre la investigaci\u00f3n de dicha reacci\u00f3n sobre sustratos id\u00f3neos para la obtenci\u00f3n de alcaloides de tipo aspidosperma, y la obtenci\u00f3n de dichos sustratos. primero a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n de espiroindolinas o espiroindoleninas seguida de cierre del anillo c, luego, a traves de estructuras de tipo quebrachamina, a partir de las cuales se pueden cerrar los anillos c y e de forma simultanea, y, finalmente, por construccion del anillo e sobre un piridocarbazol apropiado.  los capitulos 4 y 5 de la memoria se consacran al estudio de la reacci\u00f3n con ktbuo a la formaci\u00f3n de sistemas 2-metilenindolo [2,3-a]quinolicidinicos, intermedios hacia los alcaloides de tipo c-mavacurina.
