{"id":38983,"date":"2018-03-09T09:38:50","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:38:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-oncoproteina-p53-en-cancer-de-mama-valor-pronostico\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:38:50","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:38:50","slug":"la-oncoproteina-p53-en-cancer-de-mama-valor-pronostico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/la-oncoproteina-p53-en-cancer-de-mama-valor-pronostico\/","title":{"rendered":"La oncoproteina p53 en cancer de mama. valor pronostico."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rafael Nieto Serrano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los factores pron\u00f3sticos propuestos hasta la fecha para c\u00e1ncer de mama, no responden con frecuencia a las espectativas esperadas, por lo que ha surgido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os el inter\u00e9s por la \u00abcaracterizaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de los tumores\u00bb, que engloba una serie de par\u00e1metros moleculares, bioqu\u00edmicos, celulares y tisulares, evaluados sobre el propio tejido tumoral, que son reflejo de ciertas propiedades del tumor, y por tanto, pudieran estar relacionadas con su g\u00e9nesis, biolog\u00eda, capacidad de diseminaci\u00f3n y susceptibilidad terap\u00e9utica.  entre los marcadores bioqu\u00edmicos de utilidad, en algunas localizaciones tumorales, destaca la medida de la expresi\u00f3n de la oncoprote\u00edna p53. Las alteraciones moleculares de p53 son el acontecimiento gen\u00e9tico m\u00e1s com\u00fan encontrado en el c\u00e1ncer humano. as\u00ed, se ha observado que alrededor del 55% de los c\u00e1nceres humanos presentan mutaciones en ambos alelos de p53 lo que sugiere que el gen juega un papel importante en el desarrollo y evoluci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer en general.  en el presente estudio se han inclu\u00eddo un total de 254 enfermas diagnosticadas de c\u00e1ncer de mama y tratadas en los hospitales universitarios san cecilio y virgen de las nieves de granada entre los a\u00f1os 1985 y 1997. Las determinaciones bioqu\u00edmicas (cuantificaci\u00f3n de receptores de estr\u00f3genos (re) y progesterona (rp), ps2, catepsina-d y oncoprote\u00edna p53) se han realizado en todos los casos sobre el estracto soluble de prote\u00ednas citos\u00f3licas.  de todas las conclusiones del presente trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n, a continuaci\u00f3n expondremos las principales relacionadas con los marcadores tumorales responsables de la \u00abcaracterizaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica\u00bb del c\u00e1ncer de mama:  1.- Un 30% de las pacientes inclu\u00eddas en el estudio se obtuvieron valores de ps2 situados por encima del rango normal. La distribuci\u00f3n de dichos valores fue aleatoria, es decir, independiente de cualesquiera otros par\u00e1metros (edad, estatus hormonal, gr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
