Se ha estudiado la influencia de las diferentes condiciones de trabajo tanto operativas (presi\u00f3n, temperatura y flujo de disolvente) como de adecuaci\u00f3n de la materia prima (tama\u00f1o y humedad), optimizando dichas condiciones hasta conseguir el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento de la extracci\u00f3n junto con la mejor calidad del aceite extra\u00eddo.  asimismo, se ha desarrollado un modelo de transferencia de materia capaz de modelizar el proceso de extracci\u00f3n. Dicho modelo precisa del conocimiento previo de:  * el comportamiento termodin\u00e1mico del equilibrio s\u00f3lido-fsc que se establece entre el aceite de germen de trigo y el di\u00f3xido de carbono supercr\u00edtico.  * el c\u00e1lculo de los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n binarios de dicho sistema.  ambos estudios se han llevado a cabo de forma independiente, y los datos experimentales se ha correlacionado a trav\u00e9s de diversas ecuaciones emp\u00edricas de forma que sea posible predecir el comportamiento del sistema en todo el intervalo de condiciones de operaci\u00f3n
