En estas c\u00e9lulas existen dos v\u00edas mayoritarias de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n intracelular: v\u00eda del calcio y v\u00eda del ampc. Actualmente se ha postulado la existencia de nuevas v\u00edas relacionadas con las prote\u00ednas tirosinas cinasas. En este trabajo se ha investigado el posible papel de esta nueva v\u00eda sobre los procesos de secreci\u00f3n pancre\u00e1tica y de movilizaci\u00f3n de calcio. Se ha demostrado que los factores de crecimiento, tales como el egf, no presentan efectos secretagogos en el p\u00e1ncreas de rata anestesiada, a pesar de estar descrito que este factor presenta receptores con actividad prote\u00edna tirosina cinasa.  sin embargo, el bfgf presenta efectos moduladores de la secreci\u00f3n pancre\u00e1tica de amilasa estimulada por la cck en acinos pancre\u00e1ticos de rata, mostr\u00e1ndose por vez primera la posible implicaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda de las tirosinas cinasas en la secreci\u00f3n exocrina del p\u00e1ncreas. Adicionalmente, la utilizaci\u00f3n de inhibidores de tirosinas fosfatasas, que estimulan indirectamente la v\u00eda de las tirosinas cinasas, y que son el ortovanadato s\u00f3dico, el \u00f3xido de fenilarsina y el defostat\u00edn, estimulan la secreci\u00f3n de amilasa y los procesos de movilizaci\u00f3n de calcio intacelular a partir de dep\u00f3sitos intracelulares sensibles e insensibles a
