En esta tesis se describe un m\u00e9todo de criapara d. Tamaninii (aplicable tambi\u00e9n a m. Caligionosys) que permite disponer de un elevado numero de individuos de edad conocida y de buena calidad para ser liberados en campo, y de esta forma poder ser utilizados en programas inoculativos.  para estudiar sobre que plaga est\u00e1n causando el mayor impacto \u00e9stos depredadores y debido a su r\u00e9gimen picador-chupador, es necesario poner a punto t\u00e9cnicas de detecci\u00f3n molecular que permitan identificar la presa ingerida dentro del digestivo del depredador. en esta tesis se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas serol\u00f3gicas (utilizando anticuerpos monoclonales (mabs) y
