Se evaluan esquemas de parametrizacion vigentes en materia de modelizacion y se aportan nuevos algoritmos de calculo. El trabajo de investigacion se fundamenta en las experiencias realizadas en los valles de ayora (Valencia) y del rio carrion (palencia).  las principales conclusiones indican que la hipotesis de distribucion circular normal del viento es la que mejor se ajusta a la modelizacion de las condiciones estables de viento debil y variable; proximas a calma. El fallo de la teoria de la semejanza en superficie y de los esquemas de parametrizacion vigentes para la modelizacion de la turbulencia atmosferica en condiciones estables, es el argumento
