En el siguiente cap\u00edtulo, \u00abdimensiones para evaluar la calidad en el comercio\u00bb, se refuerza el concepto de la calidad en el servicio, siendo estudiada a trav\u00e9s de las dimensiones que el cliente busca. Al respecto se aportan aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas, tambi\u00e9n se tienen en cuenta los intangibles, aspectos crucial en el comercio al detalle. A partir de este momento, en el cap\u00edtulo 8, se analizan las razonez que justifican el cambio de gesti\u00f3n de las organizaciones hacia la gesti\u00f3n de la calidad total (gct). En los cuatro siguientes cap\u00edtulos se va construyendo el esquema: los procesos: su descripci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o, implantaci\u00f3n y mejora continua; las personas: como conseguir la implicaci\u00f3n, el empowernet, el consenso con los procesos y como escuchar su voz; la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente: necesidad de aplicar la creatividad, la evaluaci\u00f3n de la satisfacci\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n de la percepci\u00f3n, de las p\u00e9rdidas, de las quejas y en definitiva como escuchar su voz, el liderazgo: papel a desempe\u00f1ar y su perfil. Se analiza tambi\u00e9n la aportaci\u00f3n de la l\u00f3gica borrosa para resolver la incertidumbre. para la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas se mezclan aportaciones de deming y de ishikawa adem\u00e1s de los 7 instrumentos de la calidad total.
