{"id":39089,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sintesis-asimetrica-de-alfa-aminoacidos-utilizando-nuevos-reactivos-quirales-iminicos-con-estructura-de-oxazin-2-ona\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"sintesis-asimetrica-de-alfa-aminoacidos-utilizando-nuevos-reactivos-quirales-iminicos-con-estructura-de-oxazin-2-ona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/sintesis-asimetrica-de-alfa-aminoacidos-utilizando-nuevos-reactivos-quirales-iminicos-con-estructura-de-oxazin-2-ona\/","title":{"rendered":"Sintesis asimetrica de alfa-aminoacidos utilizando nuevos reactivos quirales iminicos con estructura de oxazin-2-ona."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Nuria Galindo Corral <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria se describe la s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de nuevas 1,4-oxazin-2-onas quirales derivadas de alanina y glicina, as\u00ed como su uso en s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de alfa-amino\u00e1cidos.  las oxazionas derivadas de alanina se han preparado por reacci\u00f3n de d y l-alanina boc protegidas con alfa-bromo- isovalerofenona, seguida de separaci\u00f3n de los correspondientes \u00e9steres diastereom\u00e9ricos, desprotecci\u00f3n y ciclaci\u00f3n. estas oxazinonas han sido alquiladas o aliladas diastereoselectivamente en condiciones de reacci\u00f3n muy suaves y variables (condiciones de transferencia de fase, bases org\u00e1nicas fuertes y alilaci\u00f3n catalizada por pd(0) en condiciones neutras) y en general con altos excesos diasteream\u00e9ricos. Su hidr\u00f3lisis ha permitido la obtenci\u00f3n de un gran n\u00famero de amino\u00e1cidos enantiam\u00e9ricamete enriquecidos. Por otra parte, el uso de dihalogenuros ha permitido obtener, tras hidr\u00f3lisis de la correspondiete oxazinonas bic\u00edclicas, amino\u00e1cidos c\u00edclicos enantiam\u00e9ricamente puros.  para la preparaci\u00f3n de la oxazinona quiral derivada de glicina se ha utilizado la (s)-2-hidroxiisovalerofenona como auxiliar quiral. La correspondiente oxazinona se ha preparado por esterificaci\u00f3n de este auxiliar con bocglicina, seguida de desprotecci\u00f3n y ciclaci\u00f3n. La reacci\u00f3n de condensaci\u00f3n de esta oxazinona con aldeh\u00eddos en condiciones de transferencia de fase ha dado lugar de forma altamente diastereoselectiva a derivados de alfa,beta-dideshidroamino\u00e1cidos, que a trav\u00e9s de reacciones de ciclopropanaci\u00f3n, diels-alder e hidrogenaci\u00f3n, han permitido la s\u00edntesis de distintos tipos de amino\u00e1cidos
