{"id":39091,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/tratamiento-de-copolimeros-eva-mediante-descarga-corona-influencia-de-la-naturaleza-y-contenido-de-diferentes-cargas\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"tratamiento-de-copolimeros-eva-mediante-descarga-corona-influencia-de-la-naturaleza-y-contenido-de-diferentes-cargas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/tratamiento-de-copolimeros-eva-mediante-descarga-corona-influencia-de-la-naturaleza-y-contenido-de-diferentes-cargas\/","title":{"rendered":"Tratamiento de copolimeros eva mediante descarga corona: influencia de la naturaleza y contenido de diferentes cargas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Asuncion Martinez Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal del presente trabajo ha sido la mejora en las propiedades de adhesi\u00f3nde copol\u00edmeros eva con contenidos de acetato de vinilo del 9 al 20% en peso sin cargas y modificados con diferentes cantidades de cargas (carbonato de calcio y sepiolita) mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de un tratamiento superficial con descarga corona. se han considerado distintas variables experimentales (tiempo de tratamiento, intensidad de la radiaci\u00f3n, n\u00famero de tratamientos consecutivos, etc.) Lleg\u00e1ndose a las siguientes conclusiones:  el tratamiento superficial con descarga corona incrementa la energ\u00eda superficial del copol\u00edmero eva debido a un aumento en la polaridad de la superficie y\/o a la creaci\u00f3n de rugosidad superficial, mejorando la adhesi\u00f3n (se obtienen mayores fuerzas de pelado). la adhesi\u00f3n se favorece con largos tiempos de tratamiento e intensidad de la radiaci\u00f3n elevada. Un electrodo continuo produce un tratamiento con descarga corona m\u00e1s uniforme que un electrodo de bolas. Se ha comprobado que la modificaci\u00f3n superficial (energ\u00eda superficial, morfolog\u00eda) y la adhesi\u00f3n del copol\u00edmero eva 20 se mantiene, al menos, 12 meses. Al disminuir el contenido de acetato de vinilo en el copol\u00edmero eva, disminuye la adhesi\u00f3n tanto antes como despu\u00e9s del tratamiento con descarga corona. Tras someter las uniones adhesivas de copol\u00edmeros eva a ensayosde envejecimiento acelerado con humedad y temperatura se produce una mejora en la adhesi\u00f3n con adhesivo de policloropreno con isocianato. Al adicionar carbonato de calcio (3-20% en peso) y sepiolita (3-10%) a copol\u00edmeros eva con 12 y 20% de acetato de vinilo, se produce una mezcla f\u00edsica. Ambas cargas se dispersan mejor en el copol\u00edmero eva 20 que es m\u00e1s amorfo, y en general, no modifican sustancialmente las propiedades y t\u00e9rmicas de los copol\u00edmeros eva.
