Tras la purificaci\u00f3n de la ala dh, se buscaron las condiciones apropiadas para la realizaci\u00f3n de los ensayos de aminaci\u00f3n y desaminaci\u00f3n: tamp\u00f3n tris-hc1 0,1 m, ph 9,0, con kcl 3,6 m y t =40  c. se procedi\u00f3 a investigar el mecanismo cin\u00e9tico mediante los m\u00e9todos de velocidades iniciales, inhibici\u00f3n por producto, inhibici\u00f3n por an\u00e1logos estructurales de los productos y empleo de sustratos alternativos. Los resultados obtenidos son consistentes con un mecanismo secuencial ordenado en el que los sustratos se unen a la enzima en el siguiente orden: nadh, pyr y nh4+, y los productos se liberan: l-alanina y nad+-. El mecanismo supone un sistema de estado estacionario pero con una etapa de equilibrio r\u00e1pido en la uni\u00f3n del pyr, que queda confirmada por el m\u00e9todo de inhibici\u00f3n por producto al
