Sanchez Silos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, enterococcus se ha convertido en la 2. O 3. Causa de infecci\u00f3n nosocomial. Hemos estudiado su importancia en nuestro medio de 1993 a 1996, su capacidad de adherencia e hidrofobicidad, su sensibilidad a diferentes antibioticos y efecto postantibiotico (epa) los mismos, el n. De enterococcus aument\u00f3 durante el periodo estudiado, los betalactamicos y los glicop\u00e9pticos resultaron los m\u00e1s activos. La resistencia a quinolonas es importante y existe un incremento de la resistencia de alto nivel a aminoglucosidos. El eda de ly-333328 (un nuevo glicop\u00e9ptido) fu\u00e9 excelente. La hidrofobicidad de superficie celular (hsc) de e. Faecalis es mayor que la de e. Faecium; el suero la aumenta y la orina y el efluente de di\u00e1lisis peritoneal la disminuye. La adherencia no est\u00e1 relacionada con la hsc solamente; enterococcus se adhiere m\u00e1s a sondas de silicona que a las de latex.
