(Obtenidas mediante evaporaci\u00f3n en alto vac\u00edo). Las capas obtenidas presentan un alto grado de cristalinidad y orientaci\u00f3n. las propiedades f\u00edsicas, estructurales, morfol\u00f3gicas, composici\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los mecanismos de crecimiento de las capas son analizados mediante diversas t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n; espectroscop\u00eda de uv-visible, espectroscop\u00eda de resonancia paramagn\u00e9tica, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (sem), microscop\u00eda de fuerzas at\u00f3micas (afm) y espectroscop\u00eda fotoelectr\u00f3nica de rayos x
