Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El principal objetivo ha consistido en estudiar la introducci\u00f3n de los residuos b\u00e1sicos lisina e histidina en la secuencia pept\u00eddica de nucleop\u00e9ptidos. el principal problema a resolver ha sido encontrar un grupo protector adecuado para las cadenas laterales compatible con el esquema sint\u00e9tico y la uni\u00f3n p\u00e9ptido-oligonucle\u00f3tido. Para el residuo de lisina, los grupos trifluoroacetilo (tfa) y 9-fluorenilmetoxicarbonilo (fmoc) cumplen los requisitos, y de ellos tfa ser\u00eda el que ha presentado menos inconvenientes.  para el residuo de histidina, se ha encontrado que si se encuentra en posici\u00f3n c-terminal se debe emplear el grupo 2,4-dinitrofenilo, pero si se encuentra en posici\u00f3n intermedia la mejor alternativa es el grupo tosilo.  tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la introducci\u00f3n del residuo homoserinaen s\u00edntesis de nucleop\u00e9ptidos. El segundo objetivo ha consistido en el estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de un nucleop\u00e9ptido que contiene his-dg frente el antitumoral cisplatino.
