Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se decidi\u00f3 explorar si el concepto retro-enantio se puede aplicar a todo tipo de estructuras o si es un concepto reservado exclusivamente a mol\u00e9culas flexibles y peque\u00f1as. Para ello se eligieron tres modelos de trabajo: el dominio b de la prote\u00edna a de staphylococcus aureus de estructura helicoidal, el dominio b2 de la prote\u00edna g de streptococcus g de estructura mixta alfa\/beta y un modelo c\u00edclico, mim\u00e9tico de la superficie de un fragmento de lafosfolipasa c, una enzima que hidroliza fosfol\u00edpidos de membrana.  en los tres casos los p\u00e9ptidos relativos a cada uno de los dominios se sintetizaron en fase s\u00f3lida. El estudio de interacci\u00f3n no covalente de los fragmentos pertenecientes al dominio b de la prote\u00edna a y al dominio b2 de la prote\u00edna g se llev\u00f3 a cabo por dicro\u00edsmo circular. Los mim\u00e9ticos c\u00edclicos en versi\u00f3n normal y retro d relativos a la fosfolipasa c tambi\u00e9n se estudiaron por la misma t\u00e9cnica. Se demostr\u00f3 que el concepto retro-enantio no es v\u00e1lido para estructuras secundarias quirales de tipo h\u00e9lice alfa y que parcialmente v\u00e1lido para estructuras mixtas de tipo alfa\/beta.
