Carmen Garcia Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se ha profundizado en el estudio de las descargas de hf a alta presi\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ndose en el an\u00e1lisis de los plasmas de arg\u00f3n creados por onda de superficie a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica. El estudio estacionario ha revelado que se trata de descargas de dos temperaturas, cuya cin\u00e9tica de excitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 controlada por colisiones electr\u00f3nicas, alcanz\u00e1ndose un equilibrio saha local parcial del que los niveles 4p quedan excluidos.  la potencia absorbida por electr\u00f3n (par\u00e1metro 0) crece con la densidad electr\u00f3nica y al modificarlas condiciones experimentales se obtienen columnas equivalentes cuando se comparan desde su final. Un estudio de la extinci\u00f3n de estas descargas ha permitido corroborar estos resultados, pero adem\u00e1s lleva a concluir que debe de existir un mecanismo de calentamiento extra de los electrones no relacionado con el campo de hf. As\u00ed mismo, ha puesto de manifiesto que la recombinaci\u00f3n en volumen juega un papel comparable a la difusi\u00f3n ambipolar en nuestras columnas estacionarias.
