El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido determinar los mecanismos a trav\u00e9s de los cuales se lleva a cabo esta regulaci\u00f3n, y la implicaci\u00f3n de los mecanismos de fosforilaci\u00f3n\/desfosforilaci\u00f3n y uni\u00f3n a prote\u00ednas 14-3-3 en estos procesos de regulaci\u00f3n. Los resultados muestran que la presencia de calcio intracelular, que media la activaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas quinasas dependientes de calciocalmodulina, da lugar a la regulaci\u00f3n transcipciona negativa de los sistemas i y ii de transporte de nitrato\/nitrito. La presencia de elevados niveles de ampc, inducidos por isobutil metil xantina, genera una se\u00f1al negativa para la regulaci\u00f3n postraduccional de los sistemas i, ii y iii de transporte de nitrato\/nitrito. Al mismo tiempo, llevamos a cabo la fosforilaci\u00f3n de un oligop\u00e9ptido de la secuencia de la prote\u00edna nar2, integrante de los sistemas i y ii.  determinamos, asimismo, que la nr de c. Reinhardtii no regula su actividad, de la misma forma que en plantas, por un mecanismo de fosforilaci\u00f3n y uni\u00f3n a prote\u00ednas 14-3-3, pero la isoenzima gs1 de la glutamina sintetasa se fosforila por una pk dependiente de calciocalmodulina y se une a prote\u00ednas 14-3-3.  analizamos que el no3 es una se\u00f1al nutricional que regula no s\u00f3lo su propio proceso de asimilaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de productos derivados de su reducci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n, por s\u00ed mismo, es una se\u00f1al reguladores para otros procesos celulares, como la
