En primer lugar, se estudia la reducci\u00f3n en medio acuoso en funci\u00f3n del ph, con electrodo de mercurio. En medio \u00e1cido se observa un m\u00e1ximo voltam\u00e9trico y un pico invertido, que tambi\u00e9n se analizan en funci\u00f3n de variables experimentales.  se estudia el comportamiento con electrodos s\u00f3lidos como carbono vitrificado y oro. Se compara la reducci\u00f3n en estos electrodos con la observada en mercurio. Asimismo, se estudia la oxidaci\u00f3n de los depolarizadores en estos sustratos s\u00f3lidos. Para la caracterizaci\u00f3n superficial de las oxidaciones en oro, se contrasta la respuesta i-e con la respuesta frencuenca-e (microbalanza electroqu\u00edmica de cuarzo). por \u00faltimo, se estudia el comportamiento en dimetilformamida. En este medio, la reducci\u00f3n de la oxima se produce en dos o tres etapas, con la estabilizaci\u00f3n de un intermedio hidroxilamina.  este compuesto es responsable de la respuesta an\u00f3dica
