Debido a esta naturaleza anfif\u00edlica, las propiedades de estos f\u00e1rmacos en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa var\u00edan sensiblemente con la concentraci\u00f3n, afectando plausiblemente a su modo de acci\u00f3n y efectividad en su uso terap\u00e9utico. por tanto, el primer objetivo de este trabajo ha sido la determinaci\u00f3n de las propiedades f\u00edsicas en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa de estas penicilinas, as\u00ed como la modelizaci\u00f3n de la estructura molecular de los agregados formados. Adicionalmente, se pretendi\u00f3 profundizar en los mecanismos mediante los cuales act\u00faan estas penicilinas y qu\u00e9 tipos de complejos forman con otras sustancias, ya que estudios previos han mostrado la existencia de reacciones al\u00e9rgicas a las penicilinas en algunos pacientes, as\u00ed como la presencia de haptenaci\u00f3n por conjugaci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de penicilina con las prote\u00ednas sangu\u00edneas, dando lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos.
