Dentro de estas \u00faltimas destaca el m\u00e9todo ems-tst que nos permite evaluar las constantes de velocidad microcan\u00f3nicas empleando exactamente la misma superficie de energ\u00eda potencial que en las simulaciones cl\u00e1sicas.  los procesos unimoleculares estudiados han sido: la isomerizaci\u00f3n cistrans y la descomposici\u00f3n del nitrito de metilo, la descomposici\u00f3n del cati\u00f3n mercaptometilo y la disociaci\u00f3n del radical acetilo.
