Este experimento ha tomado datos durante el per\u00edodo comprendido entre los a\u00f1os 1992 y 1996, con blancos de protones y deuterones para poder estudiar la estructura de esp\u00edn del prot\u00f3n y del neutr\u00f3n. En este trabajo se han empleado todos los datos registrados por la colaboraci\u00f3n con el blanco de deuterio. Estos datos han sido tomados a dos energ\u00edas del haz de muones distintas, de 100 gev para el a\u00f1o 1992 y 190 gev para los a\u00f1os 1994 y 1995.  el estudio de la polarizaci\u00f3n longitudinal de los hiperones producidos en dispersi\u00f3n profundamente inel\u00e1stica aporta nueva informaci\u00f3n sobre la din\u00e1mica no perturbativa de la interacci\u00f3n fuerte que puede ayudar a esclarecer la estructura de esp\u00edn del nucle\u00f3n.  los resultados que aqu\u00ed se presentan constituyen los primeros resultados acerca de la polarizaci\u00f3n longitudinal del hiper\u00f3n producido en dispersi\u00f3n profundamente inel\u00e1stica de un haz longitudinalmente polarizado sobre un blanco no polarizado, desde el descubrimiento de dicha part\u00edcula. Estos resultados favorecen el modelo quark no relativista para los mecanismos de transferencia de esp\u00edn, aunque el modelo basado en la regla de suma para el  , g1  deducida por burkardt y jaffe
