Para ello se ha desarrollado un modelo de equilibrio estad\u00edstico para calcular las poblaciones de los niveles vibracionales del ozono, responsables de dichas emisiones. Estas poblaciones est\u00e1n en condiciones de equilibrio termodin\u00e1mico local (etl) en la atm\u00f3sfera media. El modelo permite calcular dichas poblaciones para cualquier condici\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica. existe una gran incertidumbre en torno a los par\u00e1metros que controlan las poblaciones de los niveles vibracionales del ozono: la distribuci\u00f3n inicial de niveles tras la formaci\u00f3n del ozono y los coeficientes colisionales asociados a los niveles vibracionales. El modelo desarrollado incorpora y permite elegir varios conjuntos de estos par\u00e1metros. Ello nos ha permitido estudiar los efectos de la variaci\u00f3n de dichos par\u00e1metros en las poblaciones de los niveles vibracionales. Hemos simulado las radiancias del ozono medidas por el instrumento isams, que vol\u00f3 a bordo de la plataforma espacial uars de la nasa, y las hemos comparado con las medidas que realiz\u00f3 dicho instrumento. La flexibilidad de nuestro modelo nos ha permitido estudiar el efecto que tiene sobre la radiancia simulada la variaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros del no-etl. Adem\u00e1s, hemos estudiado los efectos potenciales del no-etl sobre las medidas del ozono que tomar\u00e1 el instrumento mipas.
