{"id":39470,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/produccion-y-caracterizacion-de-un-nuevo-exopolisacarido-obtenido-a-partir-de-alpechin\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"produccion-y-caracterizacion-de-un-nuevo-exopolisacarido-obtenido-a-partir-de-alpechin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/produccion-y-caracterizacion-de-un-nuevo-exopolisacarido-obtenido-a-partir-de-alpechin\/","title":{"rendered":"Produccion y caracterizacion de un nuevo exopolisacarido obtenido a partir de alpechin."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Victor Guerra Del Aguila <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El alpech\u00edn es un residuo l\u00edquido acuoso que se genera durante el proceso de obtenci\u00f3n del aceite de oliva con gran poder contaminante cuya composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica a su vez lo hacen adecuado para su aprovechamiento como sustrato en los procesos biotecnol\u00f3gicos.  siendo el objetivo del trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n la producci\u00f3n de exopolisac\u00e1ridos (eps) microbianos, biopol\u00edmeros de gran inter\u00e9s industrial, empleando el alpech\u00edn como \u00fanica fuente de nutrientes, caracterizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, el estudio de sus propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas y biol\u00f3gicas. para el cumplimiento de dicho objetivo se desarrollaron actividades experimentales consiguiendo los siguientes resultados:  1.- Selecci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n microbiol\u00f3gica de 10 bacterias productoras de eps, capaces de crecer en alpech\u00edn como \u00fanica fuente de nutrientes, las cuales fueron aislados a partir de compost tratado con alpech\u00edn. Llegando a establecerse que pertenecen al g\u00e9nero bacillus.  2.- Estudio de la producci\u00f3n de eps en fermentador extrapolando las condiciones y par\u00e1metros de cultivo establecidos previamente en la producci\u00f3n a peque\u00f1a escala con matrace en agitaci\u00f3n, obteniendo informaci\u00f3n sobre la cin\u00e9tica de producci\u00f3n y crecimiento microbiano, las cuales est\u00e1n directamente asociadas.  3.- Aislamiento, purificaci\u00f3n y determinaci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de los biopol\u00edmeros obtenidos, mediante an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmicos cuali-cuantitativos y f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos: espectrometr\u00eda uv-vis, cromatograf\u00eda en capa fina, cromatograf\u00eda de exclusi\u00f3n molecular, cromatograf\u00eda de gases, espectroscop\u00eda infrarrojo y espectrometr\u00eda de masas. Estableciendo que la biomol\u00e9cula est\u00e1 constitu\u00edda por dos heteropolisac\u00e1ridos de naturaleza ani\u00f3nica, diferentes tanto en su composici\u00f3n como en su peso molecular.  4.- Estudio del comportamiento reol\u00f3gico de las soluciones acuosas del producto, para lo cual se realizaron medidas de viscosidad en relaci\u00f3n a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
