E hysterothylacium aduncum aduncum se encuentran en muchos peces de todo el mundo, y su presencia afecta directamente a la calidad del pescado que se presenta al consumidor. Por otro lado, estos par\u00e1sitos pueden provocar anisakidosis y reacciones anafil\u00e1cticas en el hombre, por consumo de pescado o cefal\u00f3podos crudos o semicrudos que los contengan. En este trabajo se han realizado los siguientes estudios sobre ambos par\u00e1sitos:  1.- Mantenimiento in vitro en medios semidefinidos, desde la larva l3 hasta el adulto sexualmente maduro. Las l3 de a. Simplex s.S. Se aislaron de micromesistius poutassou (bacaladilla), y las de h. A. Aduncum de trachurus trachurus (jurel). Las larvas, previa axenizaci\u00f3n, se mantuvieron individualmente en placas de poliestireno con 1 ml de medio que se renov\u00f3 cada 4 d\u00edas. La temperatura de mantenimiento fue de 37 grados c y 13 grados c para a. Simplex s.S. E h. a. Aduncum respectivamente, y el medio base fue rpmi-1640 suplementado con 20% de suero bovino fetal inactivado. De las diferentes experiencias se desprende, para ambos par\u00e1sitos, que:  -la presencia de un 5% de co2 estimula la muda a l4 y su posterior desarrollo.  -de entre los phs ensayados (2.0, 4.0, 7.2 y 9.0), el m\u00e1s favorable result\u00f3 ser ph 4.0.  -la adici\u00f3n de un 1% de pepsina (p\/v) al medio rpmi y ph 4.0, en atm\u00f3sfera con 5% de co2, es muy favorable para el desarrollo de la l3 hasta adultos sexualmente maduros.  2.- Se ha determinado por primera vez la actividad espec\u00edfica de enzimas fijadoras de co2 (pepck, em y pepc) durante la muda de l3 a l4 in vitro, obteni\u00e9ndose los siguientes resultados:  -en a.
