En la presente tesis se ha determinado la organizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica del extremo izquierdo del agrupamiento de genes biosint\u00e9ticos de tilosina (regi\u00f3n ty1edhfj) de streptomyces fradiae.  el an\u00e1lisis de un fragmento de adn de 12,9 kb revel\u00f3 la presencia de 11 marcos abiertos de lectura (orfs). Las funciones probables de las prote\u00ednas codificadas por dichos genes son las siguientes: peptidasa (orfi,ddca), determinante de resistencia a tilosina (orf2, tlrb), glucosiltransferasa (orf3, tyln), metiltransferasa (orf4, ty1e), cetoreductasa (orf5, ty1d), ferredoxina (orf6, tylh2), citocromo p450 (orf7, tylh2), metiltransferasa (orf8, tylf), epimerasa (orf9, tylj), acil-coa oxidasa (orf10, tylp) y receptor de factores reguladores (orf11, tylq).  el gen tlrb se ha empleado con \u00e9xito como marcador de resistencia para tilosina en s. Lividans, s. Parvulus y s. Coelicolor. asimismo, se ha propuesto la ruta biosint\u00e9tica del az\u00facar 6-desoxialosa, precursor de la micinosa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
