En el caso del sem dichas t\u00e9cnicas son fundamentalmente la catodoluminiscencia (cl) y la corriente inducida por el haz de electrones en modo remoto (rebic), aunque tambi\u00e9n se utilizan con frecuencia el microan\u00e1lisis de rayos x en dispersi\u00f3n de energ\u00edas (edx) o longitudes de onda (wdx), el modo de emisi\u00f3n de electrones secundarios (ees) y la fotoluminiscencia (pl) con resoluci\u00f3n temporal. En lo que al stm se refiere, adem\u00e1s del modo usual de corriente constante, hacemos uso de la espectroscop\u00eda t\u00fanel en el modo cits (current induced tunnelling spectroscopy) y desarrollamos un dispositivo experimental con el cual se extiende la t\u00e9cnica sem-rebic al stm.  se investiga la cl de cer\u00e1micas y\/o monocristales de yba2cu3o7-x (ybco), bi2sr2cacu2o8+x(bi-2212), ti2ba2cuo6+8 (ti-2201) y ba2cu5ca6(cuxcay)oz (bcco), y se examina la relaci\u00f3n entre la distribuci\u00f3n espacial de la emisi\u00f3n y la morfolog\u00eda de cada muestra, analizando las caracter\u00edsticas comunes de la luminiscencia detectada en los distintos superconductores y estudiando la evoluci\u00f3n de la cl con la temperatura. Asimismo se analizan los cambios microestructurales y composicionales inducidos en los superconductores por diferentes tratamientos capaces de alterar la distribuci\u00f3n o el contenido de ox\u00edgeno de las muestras, tales como la irradiaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica en el sem, la deformaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica o el ataque qu\u00edmico. por otro lado se demuestra por primera vez la capacidad de la t\u00e9cnica rebic en el estudio de las propiedades de conducci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de superconductores de ybco y bi-2212.
