Rocio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los plaguicidas de la familia de las s triazinas, simazina, propazina, aziprotrina y desmetrina, presentan una extensa aplicaci\u00f3n dado su gran efecto herbicida, por ello en esta tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo un estudio electroanal\u00edtico de estos herbicidas en medios organizados tales como las disoluciones micelares y las emulsionadas del tipo aceite agua. Se ha estudiado el comportamiento de estas s triazinas sobre el electrodo de mercurio, determin\u00e1ndose diversos par\u00e1metros electroqu\u00edmicos y evaluando la influencia que sobre los procesos de reducci\u00f3n presentan las distintas variables qu\u00edmicas, asimismo se han propuesto los mecanismos de reducci\u00f3n sobre este electrodo. Como consecuencia de estos estudios, se han puesto a punto m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de estos herbicidas, mediante polarograf\u00eda diferencial de impulsos, que han sido aplicados con buenos resultados en muestras de agua potable y de regad\u00edo.  de las cuatro triazinas, la \u00fanica que presenta propiedades superficiales sobre el alectrodo de mercurio es la desmetrina, por lo que se ha utilizado la t\u00e9cnica voltamperom\u00e9trica de adsorci\u00f3n-redisoluci\u00f3n para desarrollar un nuevo m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n de desmetrina en medio emulsionado, de mayor sensibilidad, que ha sido aplicado en muestras de zumo de manzana.
