En este sentido se abordan los distintos elementos que componen internet, asi como el grado de aplicaci\u00f3n en la empresa, comercio electronico, transacciones financieras y en definitiva, en el ambito financiero.  se realiza un analisis sobre la presencia de empresas de comercio electronico en internet, al objeto de determinar las caracteristicas mas valoradas para poder formular el concepto de \u00abweb eficaz\u00bb como instrumento de la estrategia de marketing de las empresas.  asimismo se realiza un estudio sobre la presencia en internet de las entidades financieras detectandose un total de 1719 instituciones en todo el mundo, de las que 90 se encuentran situadas en espa\u00f1a.  finalmente se efectua un analisis sobre la problematica juridica a la que se enfrenta internet, asi como la utilizaci\u00f3n de la red como medio de comercio y las consiguientes transacciones monetarias de caracter electronico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
