En la industria, el sellado se suele llevar a cabo mediante inmersiones en agua desionizada a temperatura de ebullici\u00f3n, lo que implica un gran consumo energ\u00e9tico, o en disoluciones de fluoruro de n\u00edquel a baja temperatura, es decir, recurriendo al empleo de productos qu\u00edmicos caros y t\u00f3xicos.  en este trabajo se demuestra que el empleo de trietanolamina permite sellar a temperatura de ebullici\u00f3n en tiempos mucho menores que los requeridos mediante el procedimiento tradicional, o llevar a cabo el proceso a temperaturas inferiores en tiempos razonables. adem\u00e1s, se ha profundizado en el estudio de los efectos beneficiosos del envejecimiento espont\u00e1neo de los \u00f3xidos an\u00f3dicos y se ha encontrado utilidad industrial a este fen\u00f3meno; combin\u00e1ndolo con sellados inicialmente incompletos.  por otro lado, las variadas t\u00e9cnicas empleadas en esta investigaci\u00f3n han permitido ampliar el conocimiento
