<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el fin de mejorar los estudios en la biotecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n de aceitunas verdes en la cuenca mediterr\u00e1nea y estudiar el fen\u00f3meno killer en estos ambientes salinos moderados, puesto que el estudio de \u00e9ste car\u00e1cter puede aportar numerosas ventajas a la hora de desarrollar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para los procedimientos de fabricaci\u00f3n de productos alimenticios como es el caso de los alimentos fermentados, se desarroll\u00f3 una nueva l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n en el departamento de microbiolog\u00eda iii, por ello se estudi\u00f3 con anterioridad la microbiota de levaduras presentes en las salmueras de aceitunas verdes espa\u00f1olas y portuguesas, y con esta perspectiva completando de ese modo el estudio en la \u00e1rea mediterr\u00e1nea, la presente tesis describe las levaduras presentes en las salmueras de aceitunas verdes de distintas zonas de marruecos.  en este sentido, al incorporar levaduras aisladas de las salmueras marroqu\u00edes a los aislamientos realizados de las salmueras de espa\u00f1a y portugal, implica dos tipos de ventajas: 1) permite generalizar los resultados a un \u00e1mbito mediterr\u00e1neo dando mayor consistencia y validez a los resultados obtenidos; 2) estudiadas las caracter\u00edsticas comunes y espec\u00edficas de las salmueras de cada pa\u00eds, la aplicaci\u00f3n de los resultados concretas y las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que de ellos puedan derivarse, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, fiable y efectiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
