Carmen Martinez Mora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los sistemas neuroendocrino e inmunol\u00f3gico est\u00e1n interconectados anat\u00f3mica y funcionalmente y comparten un gran n\u00famero de mol\u00e9culas reguladoras como hormonas pept\u00eddicas, citocinas y neurop\u00e9ptidas que ejercen sus efectos a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos endocrinos, paracrinos y autocrinos. las c\u00e9lulas del si est\u00e1n expuestas a neurop\u00e9ptidos resultantes de la secreci\u00f3n de terminaciones nerviosas o de las propias c\u00e9lulas inmunes, entre ellos el vip y pacap. Varios estudios han sugerido que el vip puede ser sintetizado por diferentes c\u00e9lulas inmunes e inflamatorias, sin embargo, una cuesti\u00f3n que todav\u00eda no ha sido abordada es la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas que contienen vip dentro de los \u00f3rganos linfoides y qu\u00e9 factores inducen su expresi\u00f3n y secreci\u00f3n, por lo que \u00e9ste es el primer punto que se estudia en el presente trabajo.  las actividades inmunomodularas del vip son mediadas a trav\u00e9s de la uni\u00f3n directa a una heterogeneidad de receptores espec\u00edficos presentes en las c\u00e9lulas linfoides, por ello nos pareci\u00f3 interesante estudiar la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica y la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los receptores comunes para vip y pacap en las mismas subpoblaciones de c\u00e9lulas linfoides.  los efectos inmunomoduladores de ambos neurop\u00e9ptidos podr\u00edan estar mediados, en parte, a trav\u00e9s de la producci\u00f3n de citocinas, sin embargo, son escasos los datos existentes acerca del efecto de vip y pacap sobre la producci\u00f3n de citocinas, en si, implicadas en la inflamaci\u00f3n, por ello, el prop\u00f3sito de este trabajo ha sido estudiar el efecto de ambos neurop\u00e9ptidos sobre la producci\u00f3n de citocinas como son il-6 y tnfalfa, as\u00ed como il-10.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracterizacion de las celulas que contienen neuropeptidos vip.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracterizacion de las celulas que contienen neuropeptidos vip. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
