En el estudio se han considerado 19 indices, 5 de estos indices son de aplicacion para la caracterizacion de los granos de cebada, otros 5 se utilizan para caracterizar la malta obtenida y 9 para caracterizar los mostos. Este trabajo ha permitido distinguir aquellos indices que no se ven afectados por las condiciones medioambientales y de cultivo, asi como aquellos indices que se han visto influidos en mayor o menor grado por las condiciones medioambientales y\/o de cultivo. Todos los indices estudiados se han podido reunir en dos grupos, dandose entre ellos, dentro de cada grupo, la misma tendencia que, a su vez, es opuesta con los indices de calidad del otro
