{"id":39762,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diseno-y-preparacion-de-sistemas-acrilicos-para-la-liberacion-controlada-de-aines\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"diseno-y-preparacion-de-sistemas-acrilicos-para-la-liberacion-controlada-de-aines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/diseno-y-preparacion-de-sistemas-acrilicos-para-la-liberacion-controlada-de-aines\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o y preparacion de sistemas acrilicos para la liberacion controlada de aines."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Concepcion Parejo Prados <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo es la preparaci\u00f3n de diferentes soportes polim\u00e9ricos de naturaleza acr\u00edlica as\u00ed como de los correspondientes pol\u00edmeros portadores de compuestos de la familia de agentes antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (aines), ketoprof\u00e9n e ibuprof\u00e9n. este tipo de compuestos acr\u00edlicos adem\u00e1s de ser sistemas de liberaci\u00f3n controlada (a trav\u00e9s de la rotura del enlace covalente que une los compuestos activos a la cadena macromolecular soporte), se deben considerar como f\u00e1rmacos polim\u00e9ricos, es decir, el propio pol\u00edmero tiene potencial acci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica.  el dise\u00f1o de la s\u00edntesis se ha considerado interesante la utilizaci\u00f3n de tres espaciadores diferentes en su naturaleza: arom\u00e1tica, alif\u00e1tica o combinada alif\u00e1tica \/ arom\u00e1tica. Adem\u00e1s, se ha juzgado con la naturaleza \u00e9ster o amida de la uni\u00f3n f\u00e1rmaco \/ espaciador y espaciador \/ esqueleto acr\u00edlico. Estos factores tienen gran importancia en el comportamiento de liberaci\u00f3n de estos sistemas desde un punto de vista no s\u00f3lo estructural sino aplicado.  se ha estudiado el comportamiento \u00abin vitro\u00bb de copol\u00edmeros biocompatibles ricos en hema por medio del estudio de hinchamiento y liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos en medios tamponados.  por \u00faltimo, estos sistemas est\u00e1n siendo actualmente ensayados \u00abin vivo\u00bb, en modelos de animales, mostrando una acci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica como antiinflamatorios y como analg\u00e9sicos muy notable tan solo 10 minutos despu\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n intraperitoneal, lo que demuestra que proporciona una interesante acci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica como sistemas polim\u00e9ricos. Adem\u00e1s de ello, dan actividades a tiempo muy prolongados respecto a los medicamentos originales ketoprof\u00e9n e ibuprof\u00e9n.  este tipo de sistemas se comportan como pol\u00edmeros reabsorbibles, ya que despu\u00e9s de haberse producido la cesi\u00f3n del resto farmacol\u00f3gico activo, dan lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de cadenas polim\u00e9ricas de polimetacrilato s\u00f3dico,
