Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se estudia el comportamiento biofarmac\u00e9utico y farmacocin\u00e9tico de dos nuevas formulaciones de cesi\u00f3n modificada de bezafibrato, compar\u00e1ndoles con una formulaci\u00f3n de referencia comercializada en el mercado farmac\u00e9utico espa\u00f1ol. En este ensayo se incluye una formulaci\u00f3n convencional o cl\u00e1sica, que sirve como elemento de tipificaci\u00f3n para evaluar la modulaci\u00f3n farmacocin\u00e9tica conseguida en los diferentes preparados.  se realizan ensayos \u00abin vitro\u00bb en los que se determinaron la solubilidad del principio activo y las cin\u00e9ticas de disoluci\u00f3n a diferentes phs de todas las formulaciones. Los ensayos de liberaci\u00f3n se llevan a cabo en los sistemas de vaso con cestillo y de flujo cont\u00ednuo, descritos como oficiales en las distintas farmacopeas. En todos los casos, la cesi\u00f3n de bezafibrato es ph dependiente.  los ensayos \u00abin vivo\u00bb se realizan en voluntarios sanos con la determinaci\u00f3n de niveles plasm\u00e1ticos tras la administraci\u00f3n oral de los diferentes preparados.
