(ach.): fotosintesis y fotomorfogenesis."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda Segovia Azcorra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado si la acumulaci\u00f3n fen\u00f3lica en los talos del l\u00edquen objeto de estudio esta fotorregulada, bien por un mecanismo fotomorfog\u00e9nico (mediado por fitocromo) o bien por un mecanismo fotosint\u00e9tico (mediado por fotorreceptores fotosint\u00e9ticos). Para ello se analiz\u00f3 el comportamiento de las variables relacionadas con uno u otro proceso.  las conclusiones que se obtuvieron al finalizar este trabajo fueron que la acumulaci\u00f3n fen\u00f3lica parace estar relacionada con la fotos\u00edntesis (tasa de transferencia electr\u00f3nica e incorporaci\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de carbono) mientras que la fotomorfog\u00e9nesis ser\u00eda responsable de la activaci\u00f3n de otras v\u00edas, en las que se producir\u00edan variaciones en los niveles de ampc y calcio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Regulacion de los niveles de ampc, calcio y fenoles en el liquen evernia prunastri l.
