Se ha comprobado que las prote\u00ednas hidrof\u00f3bicas del surfactante sp-b y sp-c son esenciales para su funci\u00f3n biof\u00edsica, aunque no se dispone de un modelo que explique, a nivel molecular, la participaci\u00f3n de estas prote\u00ednas en la din\u00e1mica respiratoria. En la presente tesis doctoral se ha caracterizado la estructura de sp-b y sp-c en diferentes medios incluyendo disolventes org\u00e1nicos y sistemas fosfolip\u00eddicos, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas. Tambi\u00e9n se han caracterizado las interacciones de ambas prote\u00ednas con ves\u00edculas fosfolip\u00eddicas y la estructura de los correspondientes complejos lipoprot\u00e9icos. Para llevar a cabo esta caracterizaci\u00f3n se utilizaron t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas como la emisi\u00f3n de fluorescencia o la resonancia de esp\u00edn electr\u00f3nico. Por \u00faltimo se ha analizado la interacci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas sp-b y sp-c con monocapas de fosfol\u00edpido como modelo de los sistemas tensoactivos, caracteriz\u00e1ndose el efecto de la presencia de ambas prote\u00ednas en la cin\u00e9tica de formaci\u00f3n de monocapas interfaciales y en el comportamiento din\u00e1mico de \u00e9stas cuando son sometidas a compresi\u00f3n. como resultado final se plantea un modelo que trata de explicar el mecanismo molecular mediante el cual sp-b y sp-c facilitan la din\u00e1mica respiratoria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
