Adri\u00e1n mart\u00ednez bazaga tiene como objetivo principal la evaluaci\u00f3n del efecto protector de extractos acuosos y etan\u00f3licos de frutas y vegetales frente a la citotoxicidad de n-nitrosaminas. Para ello, se han utilizado diversos m\u00e9todos de citotoxicidad basados en la medida de la actividad metab\u00f3lica celular (mtt) y de la s\u00edntesis de dna (ensayo de incorporaci\u00f3n de brdu y m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n del contenido total de dna). La evaluaci\u00f3n se complement\u00f3 con el estudio de las alteraciones de la estructura celular, mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n (met).
