Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La memoria se centra en el estudio de las fases lnbacufeo5+d (ln : y, pr, la), an\u00e1logas a los cupratos cuperconductores, as\u00ed como de sus propiedades el\u00e9ctricas y magn\u00e9ticas. estas fases presentan g. E. P4\/mmm y simetr\u00eda tetragonal, confirm\u00e1ndose, mediante difracci\u00f3n de neutrones, la distribuci\u00f3n al azar del cobre y del hierro en la doble capa de pir\u00e1mides cuadradas. La sustituci\u00f3n de lantano por bario da lugar a fen\u00f3menos de orden desorden. Las muestras presentan un comportamiento el\u00e9ctrico y magn\u00e9tico muy dependiente de la estequiometr\u00eda en ox\u00edgeno, es decir del valor \u00abd\u00bb. Las muestras estequiom\u00e9tricas (d=0) son aislantes mientras que las que tienen ox\u00edgeno extra (d |0) son semiconductoras; la resistividad de estas \u00faltimas se puede interpretar en base a un modelo mixto de conducci\u00f3n en el rango de altas temperaturas y una conductividad porsaltos a bajas temperaturas. Por otra parte, la presencia de ox\u00edgeno extra genera sistemas magn\u00e9ticamente frustrados, lo que cancela el ordenamiento tridimensional existente en las fases estequiom\u00e9tricas.
