Esta clase de compuestos esta muy difundida en el medioambiente como consecuencia de ciertos procesos, tanto naturales como originados por el hombre.  en la presente memoria se presentan las caracteristicas espectrofluorimetricas de ciertos hidrocarburos: criseno, benzo(a)pireno, perileno, benzo(g,h,i)perileno, dibenzo(a,c)antraceno y coroneno, en presencia de ciertos agentes surfactantes de tipo cationico, anionico y neutro y se compara con los obtenidos en ausencia de dichos surfactantes. Se proponen nuevos metodos espectrofluorimetricos para la determinacion de los citados hidrocarburos tanto por metodos convencionales como para la resolucion de mezclas por espectrofotometria
