Aureus), en merluza, at\u00fan, pota, pulpo y cigala, con el fin de establecer si las mezclas gaseosas utilizadas potencian o inhiben el crecimiento de dichas bacterias.  se ha observado el efecto inhibidor de las atm\u00f3sferas de co2 sobre el recuento de enterobaterias, aeromonas y vibrios en los medios selectivos utilizados. Se ha obtenido una escasa preValencia de listeria spp.. destaca la presencia de enterobacterias psicrotrofas que pueden actuar como pat\u00f3genos oportunistas y la presencia de peque\u00f1as concentraciones de s.
