{"id":40002,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/peste-equina-africana-experimental-aportaciones-al-estudio-morfopatologico-y-patogenico\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"peste-equina-africana-experimental-aportaciones-al-estudio-morfopatologico-y-patogenico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/peste-equina-africana-experimental-aportaciones-al-estudio-morfopatologico-y-patogenico\/","title":{"rendered":"Peste equina africana experimental: aportaciones al estudio morfopatologico y patogenico."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen Pilar Sanchez Mascaraque <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras la infecci\u00f3n experimental de 16 caballos con el virus de la peste equina africana serotipo 4 y aislado espa\u00f1ol en 1989, trece de los cuales hab\u00edan sido inmunizados con vacunas recombinantes del vpea-4 expresadas en baculovirus, se estudi\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica y las lesiones macrosc\u00f3picas, microsc\u00f3picas y ultraestructurales resultantes.  paralelamente se infectaron cultivos celulares de c\u00e9lulas vero con el vpea-4 y se estudi\u00f3 la presencia de efecto citop\u00e9tico y alteraciones ultraestructurales.  los signos cl\u00ednicos y las lesiones macrosc\u00f3picas demostraron la presencia de la peste equina africana en los animales testigo y en los inmunizados excepto en los que se inocul\u00f3 la combinaci\u00f3n de las tres prote\u00ednas recombinantes. En estos animales, la inmunizaci\u00f3n result\u00f3 ser completa y eficaz. las lesiones microsc\u00f3picas y ultraestructurales de los animales enfermos revelaron edema, congesti\u00f3n, hemorragia y vasculitis, con alteraci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales de los capilares del pulm\u00f3n, coraz\u00f3n, bazo e h\u00edgado principalmente, y replicaci\u00f3n viral en dichas c\u00e9lulas adem\u00e1s de un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de macr\u00f3fagos pulmonares, pericitos y fibroblastos.  en los animales enfermos, las lesiones ultraestructurales revelaron el mismo tipo y un grado similar de lesi\u00f3n entre los que presentaron la forma subaguda y mixta de la enfermedad, y no en los que no enfermaron. Por otra parte, el comportamiento del virus de la peste equina africana en el organismo hospedaor, infectando a las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales de los capilares y a los macr\u00f3fagos, podr\u00eda inducir una cascada de fen\u00f3menos inflamatorios progresivos e irreversibles que dar\u00edan lugar a los edemas y a las hemorragias caracter\u00edsticos de la
